Purchasing any product or service offered by Steady Path LLC constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms stated here, do not purchase and do not use our products or services. These Terms govern the sale of digital products to customers in the United States.
Steady Path LLC sells digital, print-at-home Products in the area of family faith formation, including the ROOTED workbook and related downloadable materials. The Products are delivered as digital files (such as PDFs) accessible immediately after purchase.
The Products are educational and inspirational in nature. Steady Path LLC does not provide psychological, medical, legal, tax, financial, pastoral counseling or any other regulated professional service. The Content is provided for general informational, educational and personal-use purposes only.
You acknowledge and accept that the Products — including text, illustrations and other Content — have been created with the assistance and support of artificial intelligence (AI) tools, reviewed and curated by the Company.

The sale is completed at the moment the payment is confirmed by the payment processor. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions to access and download your Product. Access to digital files is typically immediate.
Access to the Products is strictly personal. You may print the files for your own family's use as permitted by the license granted in these Terms. You may not share access credentials, redistribute the files, or allow third parties to access the Products through your purchase.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in the event of a breach of these Terms, without entitlement to a refund.
Prices are stated on the relevant sales and checkout pages in U.S. dollars. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to purchases already completed.
Payments are handled by certified third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). The Company does not access or store your full payment card details. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment processor used.
COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE — NOT A STATUTORY RIGHT
The 14-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary commercial policy offered by the Company. It is not a legally mandated right of withdrawal. Because the Products are digital and delivered with immediate access, no statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period applies under U.S. law.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing steadypathllc@gmail.com. No forms and no detailed justification are required. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 14 days of a valid request.
After the 14-day period has elapsed, no refunds will be issued for any reason. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:

Any outcomes, experiences or examples described in our marketing represent individual cases and do not constitute a guarantee or promise of similar results for any Customer. Results depend on numerous individual factors, including but not limited to personal effort, consistency, family circumstances and conditions outside the Company's control.

All Content in the Products — including text, illustrations, layouts, methodologies, the ROOTED name and related branding — is the exclusive property of Steady Path LLC or is used under agreement with the respective rights holders.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and print the Content solely for your own family's personal, non-commercial use. The "print-it-forever family license" means you may reprint the files as often as you like for your own household.

You agree to use the Products lawfully and respectfully. You may not provide false information at checkout, use the Products for unlawful purposes, attempt to circumvent technical protections, or access the Platform through unauthorized automated means. The Company may suspend or revoke access for any breach, without notice and without entitlement to a refund.
The Company aims to keep the Platform and digital delivery available, but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. The Company is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party providers (hosting, CDN, payment processors), your internet connection, or events beyond its reasonable control.
Digital files remain accessible for the period stated on the purchase page. The Company may update or revise specific Content while preserving the overall value of the purchased Product.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms shall first be subject to a good-faith attempt at amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts located in the State of Wyoming, USA, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering the Products caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental measures, internet service interruptions, cyberattacks or any other extraordinary and unforeseeable event.
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Products after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any document incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and you regarding the Products, superseding any prior agreement or understanding. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
